Information Technology Sales Specialist

IT AUDIT SALES Responsibilites·        Ensuring that all sales quotations are as per relevant Guidance and company’s policy and procedures.·        Ensuring the safeguard of client’s confidential information.·        Act as company representative and uphold the company brand and image.·        Accentuate customer services and customer promised in the whole process of sales.·        Preparing and submitting monthly sales report to Manager on the last working day of the month.·        Prepare proposal and contract in aligned with procedures of sales.·        Find and register new clients in the CBQA client list·        Input contracts in Jurnal.id properly.·        Coordinate with Operation & Technical Department in handling customer inquiry, feedback and complaint·        Coordinate with other related departments such as Strategic Account for existing clients handover, Marketing·        Developing the market share.
