Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and converting hot leads. This role involves timely follow-ups via phone and email, building strong client relationships, and successfully closing deals.Responsibilities:Contact and qualify hot leads provided.Conduct timely follow-ups through calls and emails to maintain engagement.Clearly communicate our services and value propositions to potential clients.Build strong rapport and trust with prospects to understand their needs.Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in CRM tools.Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.Provide regular feedback on lead quality and client needs.Requirements:Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.Strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.Ability to handle multiple prospects simultaneously and manage follow-ups efficiently.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.Familiarity with CRM tools and email communication platforms.Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Shift: 9pm-6amLocation: Gulshan e Iqbal Block 13-A
