Information Technology SAP CO/PS/PM/MM Deputy Department Head

Responsibilities:Lead the IT team in managing and developing SAP modules CO, PS, PM, and MM.Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective and efficient SAP system solutions.Oversee implementation, upgrade, and integration projects across SAP modules.Act as a liaison between users, consultants, and internal technical teams to ensure project success.Develop programs and reports using SAP ABAP (Reports, SmartForms, ALV, Enhancements, User-Exits, BAPI, BADI, and Interfaces).Perform debugging and troubleshoot SAP system errors to maintain system stability and performance.Provide training and technical support to internal users.Actively contribute to digital innovation and process automation initiatives based on SAP and other enterprise technologies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP, with focus on CO/PS/PM/MM modules, including experience as an Assistant Manager.Strong experience in ABAP Programming (Custom Report, Enhancement, Interface, Form, Workflow).Good understanding of business processes in manufacturing or similar industries.Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Able to work under pressure and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
