IT Security EngineerThis is an excellent opportunity, based for a large company in Bratislava on a hybrid working model.You will be responsible for developing, designing, testing and implementing security measures for my client's system and products.IT Security EngineerLocation: Bratislava - 3 days on-site / 2 days remote workingSalary: Market Rate + Good BenefitsKey ResponsibilitiesResearch evaluate and recommend security tools and technologies for cloud and corporate environments.Deploy, configure and manage security solutions such as endpoint protection, DLP, SIEM, Privilege Access Management, Web Security and identity security platforms.Conduct security assessments and gap analysis to ensure controls align with industry best practices and compliance requirements.Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and application teams to integrate security into system architecture and workflows.Support incident response by ensuring tools are properly tuned and provide actionable data.Develop and maintain security documentation, including standards, processes and deployment guides.Key Skills & ExperienceKnowledge of IT Security and Compliance fundamentalsAbility to work as part of a team.Ability to complete tasks on deadlines.Basic problem solving skills.Knowledge of the IT security industry & best practicesStrong organizational and teamwork skills.Qualifications3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.High school diploma.Bachelor’s degree preferred.
