Information Technology Service Delivery Manager

We’re seeking an Assistant Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team supporting mission-critical cloud infrastructure and data centre solutions. You’ll help maintain top-tier customer service while overseeing the operational delivery of complex facilities.Responsibilities: Build and sustain positive customer relationships, understanding their needs and aligning service delivery accordingly.Lead and coordinate a service delivery team: manage performance, resolve conflicts, and ensure efficient task execution.Oversee budgets and financial planning, cost‐control initiatives and resource planning to ensure value for both the customer and the business.Monitor and report on service metrics, reliability, and quality control; drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback and operational insights.Collaborate with team leads and other stakeholders to define delivery criteria, refine processes, and address issues that arise.Organise deadlines, track various operational logistics (including inventory and facility maintenance), and ensure the day‐to‐day runs smoothly.Requirements:Degree Holder in related disciplineStrong leadership, teamwork, and customer-facing skills.Excellent communication and computer literacy; ability to use business support software effectively.Solid experience in customer service, project management, logistics or operations support is advantageousGood resource planning and quality-control mindset; attention to detail is essential.A proactive nature: ready to apply creative problem-solving to improve services and deliver value.Work Location: North(EA Reg No: 20C0312)
