Information Technology Service Engineer

I am looking for 2-3 full-time engineers to work in the Netherlands.1 year engagement –L2 resource as per the spec below.Based onsite in Almelo in the Netherlands. Fluent Dutch and English· Job Title: IT Service Desk Technician· Location: Almelo, The Netherlands· Working hours: 08:30 – 17:00· 40 hours per weekYour daily activities include:· Participate in the IT Service Center· Providing technical support and troubleshooting services· Register/update tickets (Incidents/Requests etc.)· Distribute incoming tickets (Triage)· Install and configure hardware and software· Managing Assets (Computer Warranty)· IT warehouse and inventory management· Providing training and guidance to users as needed· Escalation of issues to the right parties if necessary· Participate in project work· Stay up to date with the latest IT trends and developments· Provide support in areas of Windows and iOS.Qualifications/Experience Requirements:· MBO Level 3+ or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.· Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware and softwareSoftware experience:IT Service Management ToolingWindows Active DirectoryAzure Active DirectoryIntune device management (is an advantage)Windows 10/11MacOS (is an advantage)iPhone, iOSOffice 365 admin centerOffice 365-apps, Teams, SharePoint, etc.· Ability to diagnose and resolve technical and network issues· Excellent communication and customer service skills· Ability to work well in a team environment· Fluent in Dutch and English· Comfortable patching new network ports (is a plus)· Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) (is a plus)· German or French (is a plus) Software ex
