Operations EngineerIT Service Management ConsultingSweden- Stockholm10& AboveEnglishOnsite6 monthSkillsKnowledge on VOIP technology.SBC, PBX, SIP, Callcenter solutions (Mx-One, Trio, OSV, Audiocodes SBC, Teams) Knowledge on ITSM tools like Remedy (Helix), CMDB management Knowledge on ITIL Knowledge of and experience with telephony applications and technical infrastructure Basic knowledge on Network and network protocols Knowledge of and experience with real time communication in the network domain.Knowledge of Audiocodes ATA box maintenance and lifecycle management.Able to communicate with suppliers and translate the needs of customers into technical requirements.Knowledge and experience in technical architecture principles.Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues related to communication systems and infrastructure.Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with other technical teams and stakeholders within the organization.Active end user engagement and support until issue resolutionEducation Bachelors in IT, Electronics or Telecommunication Certification on telephony and related equipment (optional e.g. listed)ASC recordingSIP certificationMitel OSVITIL
