Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for users regarding hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity.Receive, log, and resolve support requests through phone or the internal Help Desk system.Install and configure computers, operating systems, and travel booking software (such as airline reservation systems).Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for technical issues in hardware and software.Monitor and maintain local networks and internet connections, ensuring stable communication between branches.Create and manage user accounts and system access permissions.Support email systems and cloud applications for internal users.Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when needed (internet, systems, or hardware).Document all technical incidents and resolutions for future reference.Follow company policies on data protection and cybersecurity.Provide basic IT training to new employees on company systems and tools.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in technical support or IT services.Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.Preferred certifications:Skills and Competencies:Strong communication and customer service skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Good knowledge of operating systems
