Information Technology Support Engineer

We are looking for a freelancer candidate to do IT support at our customer in Cairo, Egypt This is a freelance position, and to be paid in USD per ticket / hours worked. Job descriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting the customers' desktop or laptop computer, and also resolve our customers' technical issues. This is onsite work (not remote) and will need to be done during working hours at the customer premises in Cairo. ResponsibilitiesReproduce customer environment and run testsManage and address electronic tickets efficientlyTroubleshoot and configure software and hardware as well as basic network troubleshooting. Must have: Local nationality or authorization to work in Egypt3+ years' of technical support experienceMust live in or close to CairoCustomer service orientedStrong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
