Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Support Engineer located in Dubai, with some work-from-home acceptable. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Daily tasks include system administration, managing help desk inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
