Information Technology Support Engineer

1. Associate Degree in information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).2. Minimum of 2+ years of IT Support experience.4. Experience working in a global company.5. Strong technical skills in supporting x86/x64 hardware platforms, Windows 10, MacOS, Apple iOS, and Android mobile OS.6. Technical knowledge in network switching devices and firewalls, servers and storagesubsystems.7. Working knowledge of audio/video conferencing equipment.8. Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities and core applications, including PC diagnostics, SCCM, security endpoint protection software, MFA & VPN.9. Experience working in an Active Directory environment including SCCM (SMS).10. Experience with Mac OS X, JAMF is a plus.11. Experience working with 3rd party vendors in both support and contract areas.12. Knowledge navigating 3rd party vendor applications ad websites.13. Concentrated focus on defect reduction and quality of services.14. Excellent customer relations and customer support skills.15. Experience working in a team-oriented, global, collaborative environment16. Laptop/Desktop Repair and Resolution17. Whole Unit Replacement, as needed18. Diagnosis & resolution of COTS based application problems and conflict19. Manual Imaging/re-imaging of the devices20. System Fault verification and troubleshooting21. Conference support (AV/VC Support) health check22. Business application support23. Respond to incidents24. Provide smart-hands support25. Rack and stack support including; Networking, firewall, server, storage, as well asIn-rack UPS device
