Job Description

ResponsibilitiesEnd User support.Network infrastructure hardware installation and troubleshooting.Effective service request management capabilities through internal helpdesk system.Microsoft OneDrive, Office 365 and SharePoint support.Troubleshoot and resolve various issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals on Windows 11.Oversee escalated issues from Junior Technician and IT Intern.After hours end user support standby on a rotation basis.Conducting site visits and willing to travel across all provinces. (note: travelling may be to other regions e.g. Botswana Mozambique and Namibia)Ensure customer satisfaction.QualificationsNational Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Required SkillsCompTIA A+CompTIA N+CompTIA Security+5–10 years of hands-on experience in Information Technology environment.Valid Drivers license, Passport and Clear Criminal record with own reliable transportation.
