Information Technology Support Technician

Job Title: IT Support TechnicianDuration: Long TermLocation: Hamburg, GermanyStart date : ASAPJob Description:Main Responsibilities :1. Incident & Technical Issue Management:Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues in stores, prioritizing VIP users and urgent cases. Escalate complex problems when needed.2. User Support:Provide high-quality technical assistance to store staff, with priority support for VIPs and POS-related incidents. Help users with new tools and devices.3. Scheduled Interventions:Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and software (laptops, iPhones, POS systems, printers, etc.) as per planned requests.4. System & Equipment Maintenance:Perform preventive maintenance and regular checks to ensure system reliability and security.5. Communication & Reporting:Maintain clear communication with managers and VIP users. Document incidents, interventions, and improvement suggestions. May support additional Run or project-related tasks.Required Skills:1. Technical:Proficient in Windows, iOS, AD, Okta; knowledge of IT networks, infrastructure, and security; experience with POS systems and printers (Xerox, Epson, Zebra); Cegid knowledge is a plus.2. Communication:Strong listening and customer service skills; ability to support VIPs with professionalism.3. Organizational:Ability to prioritize urgent requests, work independently, and document interventions accurately.Profile :1. Education: 2-year degrees in IT (DUT, BTS) or equivalent.2. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role, ideally in premium retail environments.3. Qualities: Responsiveness, discretion, service-oriented, able to work under pressure.4.
