Site Support Technician – TechZone WorkstreamLocation: Bromborough, UKContract: 1 MonthMode of Work: 5 Days OnsiteRate: £228 per day (via umbrella)About the RoleWe are looking for a Site Support Technician to join the TechZone Workstream on a 1-month onsite contract in Bromborough. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and end-user devices across the site.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems (remote and onsite).Support hardware and software troubleshooting at both L1 and L2 levels.Implement and support technology at the operating system level across servers, networks, and specific software platforms.Build and configure new laptops, including imaging and deployment.Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware issues.Deliver mobile device support (iOS and Android).Offer basic printer setup and troubleshooting.Ensure adherence to defined operating models, IT processes, and service standards.Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective communication with users.Skills & ExperienceProven technical understanding across a broad range of IT infrastructure environments.Proficiency in Windows 10 and the Microsoft Office suite.Strong knowledge of desktop hardware and imaging processes.Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS/Android) and printers.Excellent problem-solving, time management, and customer service skills.Why Join?This short-term contract offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, hands-on IT environment, supporting key business systems and users at a leading site in Bromborough.
