What You’ll Be Doing: ? Working closely with clients to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. ? Installing and maintaining IT systems, including PCs, networking setups, and mobile devices. ? Responding to and escalating support requests to ensure timely resolution. ? Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance services. ? Collaborating with help desks and support centers to ensure seamless IT operations. ? Assisting in the development of repair and testing processes. What We’re Looking For: ?? 3+ years of experience as a Field Service Representative or similar role. ?? Hands-on experience managing and maintaining technical equipment.
