The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and networks. Daily tasks include system monitoring, providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring data security, and optimizing system performance. Coordination with other departments to ensure IT aligns with organizational needs is also part of the role.QualificationsStrong skills in System Administration, including system setup and maintenanceProficiency in Network Administration, such as configuring and monitoring network connectionsExperience in providing Technical Support and resolving IT-related issuesProven abilities in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problemsComprehensive understanding of Information Technology principles and practicesStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyA bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferredRelevant certifications like CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are an advantage
