Colac, VictoriaDescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and helpful individual to join our Information Services Department as Information Technology Systems Officer in a Permanent Full-Time capacity.As the Information Technology Systems Officer you will ensure that Council:Provides reliable and fit for purpose software and equipment to enable staff to perform their roles efficiently and effectively.Implements and adheres to standardised procedures and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.Maintains secure IT systems, safeguarding Council data and infrastructure against internal and external threats.Delivers IT projects on time, within scope and budget, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and stakeholder expectations.
