Information Technology Technical Support

We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Technical Support professional to join our team in Riyadh.Key Responsibilities:Receive and handle technical support requests (phone, email, ticketing system) professionally and promptly.Diagnose hardware, systems, and software issues and provide appropriate solutions.Escalate complex cases to specialized teams and follow up until resolution.Create and manage user accounts and permissions in line with company policies.Document support activities, procedures, and solutions to improve service quality.Guide and support users on best practices for utilizing systems and tools.Maintain basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and computer science.Requirements:Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldStrong experience in IT support and troubleshooting.Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, ERP systems, or ITSM tools is an advantage.Basic understanding of databasesExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
