Product Specialist The Digital Product Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for end-users of the breeding operations system and conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective system adoption and usage. Accountabilities: Ensure timely and effective resolution of end-user inquiries and issues related to the breeding operations system. Provide clear and concise documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support end-user adoption and proficiency. Accurately capture and communicate user feedback and requirements to relevant stakeholders. Independently conduct training sessions and workshops, tailoring content to different user groups and skill levels.

Under supervision, assist in the testing and validation of system updates and enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration of the breeding operations system. QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, supporting complex software systems or applications. Proven track record in developing user-friendly documentation and training materials. Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops for diverse user groups.

Familiarity with agribusiness operations and breeding processes is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise mannerAdaptability and willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with system updates and changes.
