This role demands deep technical expertise in infrastructure architecture (Cloud & On-Prem), strong leadership in service delivery, and the ability to ensure high standards of availability, resilience, integrity, security, and performance across business-critical systems.Infra & Azure Solution Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure infrastructure solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with Terraform and Bicep for automated deployments.Virtualization & Storage: Expertise in VMware, Software Defined Storage (Datacore), and enterprise storage systems (Hitachi & IBM).Cloud Platforms: Proven experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer and Azure Architect.(Azure Architect Certification (Az-305))AVD & Entra IAM: Design, implement, and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop and Entra Identity & Access Management.Wintel & Network Management: Strong knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, SFTP, and hybrid network architecture.License Management: Exposure to window, Linux, database and various products licensing model to manage product licenses for customer.Security & Compliance: Support vulnerability assessment (VA) scanning and remediation at the infrastructure layer.Cloud Governance: Experience in Azure Well-Architected Framework and manage cloud costs (Cloud FinOps) setup.Incident & Operations Management: Experience in leading high-severity incident calls, oversee data center operations.Reliability: Expertise in DR tools and backup/recovery (TSM, Commvault, Veeam, Azure Backup) tools.Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and mentor high-performing teams, manage vendors, and identify growth opportunities with the customer.Reporting & Audits: Generate operational and audit reports; collaborate with internal/external audit teams.Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts for critical incidents and maintenance activities.24/7 Infra Support Ownership: Responsible for continuous support and maintenance of customer IT infrastructure.Good-to-Have Experience in implementing and continuously improving ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, Capacity, and Availability Management.Proven ability to manage high-severity incidents with composure and efficiency.Broad technical expertise across the full infrastructure stack (Operating Systems, Databases, Cloud platforms, Storage, Backup, and Network).Strong scripting and automation skills using tools like Ansible, with familiarity in UNIX/Linux environments.Ability to handle end-to-end infrastructure services, ensuring seamless integration and performance across diverse technologies.Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively engage with vendors and stakeholders for operational success.Thank you for your interest in applying for this position with TCS.
