Infrastructure Administrator

Infrastructure Administrator – 12 Month Contract, Hybrid, Dublin What’s InvolvedTranslate infrastructure designs into practical delivery across hybrid environments.Work with the Infra Architect and IT Services across BAU and project work.Support daily operations across on-prem, cloud, virtualisation and Citrix.Drive modern infrastructure practices, automation and better config management.Troubleshoot across OS, network, cloud and endpoint layers.Share knowledge and upskill existing teams on newer technologies.What’s Needed~5 years’ experience in a similar infrastructure role in a medium/large organisation.Strong Windows Server/desktop, Group Policy, Intune/MDM and Exchange Online.Solid networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing/switching); Cisco/Fortinet preferred.Hands-on cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) plus strong Microsoft 365/Azure AD.Virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V/KVM) and strong Citrix DaaS/Netscaler/provisioning skills.Scripting (PowerShell preferred), good security fundamentals, and experience with SCCM/Intune and monitoring tools (Splunk/Datadog).What’s on offer:Competitive Daily RateVantage Resources is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse working environment by recruiting people from different backgrounds and cultures.
