Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for Infrastructure Engineer to design, maintain, and secure the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring stable, efficient, and secure operations across all systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing system performance, reliability, and scalability while collaborating with various teams to support business continuity and technical growth.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure systems including servers, networks, and storage.Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance and uptime.Conduct regular performance assessments and implement improvement plans.Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity or system-related issues promptly.Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery (DR) strategies.Collaborate with development and operations teams to support infrastructure needs.Prepare technical reports and documentation related to system performance and upgrades.ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Systems:Participate in the design, coordination, and implementation of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Structured Cabling).Ensure compliance with local and international standards such as NCA, Civil Defense, and BICSI.Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning processes to meet project timelines and quality standards.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or network administration.Strong knowledge of server management, virtualization, and network security.Experience with Windows and Linux environments and familiarity with cloud or automation tools.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong teamwork, communication, and time management abilities.
