Understanding of virtualization, database management, and operating systems.Ability to plan, execute, and oversee infrastructure projects from start to finish. This includes setting timelines, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed within budget.Capacity to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. This skill is vital for maintaining system uptime and ensuring business continuity.Strong leadership skills to guide and manage a diverse team of IT professionals. Ability to set goals, provide guidance, and foster professional development.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.In-depth understanding of IT security best practices, including firewalls, encryption, and access controls.Experience in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service delivery meets organizational standards.Ability to manage budgets, make cost-effective decisions, and report on expenditure.Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or certifications in specific technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft).Excellent command of both spoken and written English
