About the RoleWe are looking for a Infrastructure & Operations Lead to front our Managed Services Operations alongside the Service Delivery Manager. This is a key leadership role that combines technical expertise, team management, and strategic planning to ensure the reliability, security and performance of our IT infrastructure.You will lead technical teams, oversee system operations, drive process improvements, and support the delivery of high-quality services that meet business objectives and service level agreements (SLAs).Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Operations & LeadershipOversee end-to-end technical operations including infrastructure management, system administration and managed services.Ensure high levels of reliability, availability, and performance of IT systems and services.Monitor key operational metrics, proactively resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.Team ManagementLead and mentor a team of technical professionals (System Admin, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, Infrastructure).Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and learning.Set goals, provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews.Strategic Planning & ImplementationDevelop and execute strategies to optimize operations, enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Align technical operations with business goals through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to strengthen operational capabilities.Incident & Change ManagementOversee incident management to ensure timely issue resolution and minimal disruption.Coordinate troubleshooting of complex issues with internal teams and vendors.Plan and execute system changes while mitigating risks and ensuring smooth deployments.Disaster Recovery & ComplianceImplement and regularly test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations through regular audits and corrective actions.Documentation & Knowledge ManagementMaintain clear documentation of systems, processes and procedures.Promote knowledge sharing to enhance team efficiency and reduce operational risks.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in a Team Lead or similar leadership role in IT operations.Strong technical knowledge in Virtualization, Storage, Backup and Containers.Solid understanding of incident management, escalation procedures and service delivery in large-scale environments.Excellent leadership, people management and customer service skills.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Flexible to support shift and after-hours work when needed.Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field.ITIL Foundation certification is required.Please send your detailed resume in MS Word format to resume@goldtecHRs.com withEducation LevelWorking experiencesEach employment backgroundReason for leaving each employmentLast drawn salaryExpected salaryDate of availability
