This role is based in Cairo and involves overseeing service performance, assessing project impacts, managing risks, and driving automation and capacity planning. The individual will play a key role in ensuring service availability, security compliance, and customer satisfaction through proactive problem resolution and reporting.What You’ll DoProvide operational assessments and risk evaluations for infrastructure projects Plan and implement service improvements with clear timelines Manage problem resolution, root cause analysis, and event monitoring Develop automation scripts to reduce manual intervention Deliver capacity reports and future planning for Azure AD services Ensure platform health and apply vendor-recommended security patches Create and deliver monthly scorecards and SLA reports Engage with customers weekly to track feedback and requirements Manage crisis situations and escalate appropriately Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership Who You AreBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science 7–9 years of hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure AD Proven experience in multi-forest/domain environments and AD migrations Strong PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting skills Certified in MCSE; ITIL Foundation is a plus Experience with Windows Server 2008/2012 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in diverse, multicultural teams Demonstrated ownership, dedication, and customer support experience Not a perfect fit?Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
