You'll support and enhance Active Directory, Networking, Azure, and Entra environments while also helping design, automate, and fortify our systems for scalability and resilience in a global environment.In This Role You Will Support and maintain Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP. Monitor system performance, manage backups and recovery, and implement security patches. Administer Azure infrastructure—VMs, networking, resource architecture—and ensure integration with on-prem systems. Configure and troubleshoot network components, including VPNs, firewalls, and hybrid connectivity. Automate tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or IaC tools (ARM, Bicep). Participate in the deployment and maintenance of scalable, highly available systems with load balancing and virtualization. Develop, maintain, and review infrastructure documentation, runbooks, and procedures. Provide Tier 2/3 support, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to disaster recovery strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally and support infrastructure-related projects—migration, upgrades, security enhancements.Your Impact Bridge the gap between routine administration and engineering-driven transformation. Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our infrastructure. Proactively streamline and optimize operational workflows via automation. Collaborate across teams to enable smooth infrastructure deployments and integrations.Contributors To Your SuccessExperience: 3–5 years in IT infrastructure (administration and/or engineering), with experience with Active Directory, Azure, networking, and system monitoring. Technical Skills: Solid underpinnings in Windows Server and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Proficiency with Active Directory, Entra ID, and Group Policy. Hands-on with Azure infrastructure: compute, storage, networking, and identity services. Scripting/automation skills—especially PowerShell; IaC such as ARM or Bicep preferred. Familiarity with virtualization, high availability configurations, and backup/disaster recovery practices. Preferred: Certifications: e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Identity & Access Associate, CompTIA Network+, or similar Soft Skills: Effective communicator—technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset. Meticulous attention to detail for monitoring, documentation, and process adherence. Curious and initiative-driven—eagerness to stay current and propose infrastructure improvements.
