Reporting to the Manager of IT Client Services for Italy, Germany, and Scandinavia, you'll be part of delivering excellence in technical support that matches our iconic brand.,Provide expert Level 2 technical support for Windows 11, macOS, and mobile devicesManage and resolve support tickets through ServiceNow for Italian operationsSupport hybrid workplace technology including video conferencing and collaboration toolsConfigure and maintain RL IT equipment and systemsAssist with office moves and equipment setupSupport mobile device management through MobilePass+ and BIG-IP Edge ClientMaintain IT asset inventory and managementEnsure highest level of customer service to all Ralph Lauren users,2-5 years of Level 2 IT support experienceStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and Windows 11Experience with macOS and iOS devices in enterprise environmentExcellent communication skills in English and ItalianServiceNow ticket management experienceStrong problem-solving abilities and customer service focusGreat-to-Have SkillsExperience with:MDM platforms (MobilePass+)Virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom)
