Manage multi-site project initiatives including content updates, feature releases, technical improvements, and integration projectsImplement project governance processes for website development workflows and content management proceduresFacilitate collaboration between Development, HR, Design, and Marketing departments on website-related projectsBalance competing departmental requests and resource needs while keeping projects on trackMaintain clear communication channels between technical teams and business stakeholders across different departmentsRespond effectively to project challenges, including technical issues, scope changes, and resource constraintsManage stakeholder expectations during difficult situations while maintaining project momentumAdapt project approaches when facing unexpected challenges or changing requirementsTrack project progress and identify potential risks before they impact delivery schedules Ensure quality standards are maintained across all website projects and deliverablesCommunicate with stakeholders throughout project lifecycle, gathering requirements and managing expectations Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of website solutionsPrepare progress reports and status updates for stakeholders and managementPresent project proposals and updates to various departmental leadsSupport change management efforts during website transitions and system updatesMonitor project performance using relevant KPIs and metricsCollect and analyze data to support website optimization decisionsMaintain awareness of web industry trends and best practicesRequirenments:
3+ years of proven web project management experience with demonstrated success in website or digital projects1+ years of business analysis experience including requirement gathering and process analysisExperience managing website projects involving multiple departments and stakeholdersStrong analytical and research skills for identifying optimization opportunitiesExcellent organizational and planning abilities for managing complex multi-site projectsProven experience in cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder managementWebsite project management experience including content, technical, and design aspectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for multi-departmental coordinationAbility to work independently and collaboratively depending on project needsFlexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and tight deadlinesSolution-oriented mindset with data-driven decision-making approachWebsite analytics and optimization tools experienceContent management system familiarityPractical experience with JIRA, Confluence, and FigmaFluency in English (written and verbal)We offer:
