Source and attract top talent for various positions. Support Recruitment Activities: Assist with sourcing, screening, and market research. Participate in HR Projects: Get involved in HR initiatives, job fairs, and university collaborations. Enhance Employer Branding: Contribute to effective employer branding campaigns. Utilize Recruiting Platforms: Work with platforms like Alma Career, Profesia, and LinkedIn. Handle Administrative Tasks: Schedule interviews, coordinate assessment centers, and communicate with candidates. What We're Looking ForExperience: At least 1 year of part-time or full-time experience, preferably in an HR corporate environment. Education: Currently in your 3rd or 4th year of university studies (daily student status) preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Studies, or Personal Management. Skills: Fluent in English, proactive, and eager to learn. Wage6,50 euros/brutto/hour, ING Hubs
