To be able to execute this job to the fullest we expect your backpack to contain: Lead and manage the IT operations team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development. Oversee the management and maintenance of all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and enterprise applications. Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems through effective monitoring, maintenance, and support strategies. Develop and implement IT operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and performance.
Collaborate with other IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration and support for various IT initiatives and projects. Manage IT incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations. Oversee the implementation and management of IT security measures, ensuring compliance with security standards and other requirements. Conduct regular reviews and audits of IT operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support. Lead IT operations projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of new technologies.
Prepare and manage the IT operations budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
