Skilled in implementing quality methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa, and QRQC to resolve problems and improve standards.Key responsibilities include:Managing mold transfers, shipping, and reception, including anomaly detection and repair tracking.Integration of new references in the ERP and registration in ERP for manufacturing processes and cost calculation.Creation of packaging instructions and participation in FTPs.Monitoring Run@Rate (R@R), analyzing deviations, and proposing corrective actions.Preventive maintenance and mold feedback (Retex).Process control and continuous improvement initiatives. Education & CertificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience.Personal SkillsStrong communication and dialogue.Leadership and authority.Autonomy, curiosity, and rigor.Assertiveness and organizational skills.Technical SkillsMold construction and tooling knowledge.Costing analysis and geometric/linear dimensioning.Design systems: AutoCAD, FreeCAD, SolidWorks.
