Proven track record (7+ years) in facilities/operations management, including maintenance planning and executionDemonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projectsStrong understanding of energy management systems and relevant regulationsExperience with building automation systems (BAS) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and energy efficiency strategiesExperience in site supervision and provisional acceptance processesExperience in financial analysis and budgeting for maintenance and sustainability projectsFamiliarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, etc. )Experience in managing and implementing sustainability initiativesSkills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent understanding of technical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in maintenance processes, resource efficiency, and sustainability practices. Oversee the entire maintenance lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and evaluation, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations. Implement strategies to maximize the lifespan and performance of equipment and facilities, leveraging data-driven insights. Stay abreast of relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental compliance requirements. Providing technical support to the project department for the renovations to be carried out and completed, accompanying the provisional acceptance and handover processes. Develop and execute a robust sustainability strategy that aligns with global reporting standards and frameworks.

Identify and implement measures to reduce energy consumption, water usage, waste generation, and carbon emissions. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy encompassing maintenance, operations, and sustainability, aligned with overall company goals, global best practices, and ISO 14001 & 50001 Environmental Management System standards. Explore and implement renewable energy options to minimize environmental impact and reduce operational costs. Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and comprehensive global sustainability reports (e. g. , GRI, SASB) to relevant stakeholders. Establish and monitor budgets for maintenance, operations, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize financial outcomes. Work closely with other departments (e. g. , administrative affairs, real estate, procurement, HR, finance) to align sustainability goals with broader business objectives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, regulatory agencies, and sustainability organizations. Clearly communicate the company's sustainability vision and progress to internal and external stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust. Partner with technical and sustainability teams across the global organization to share best practices, align on global goals, and drive collective impact.
