Partner with cross-functional teams to lead user research across product discovery and execution phasesSelect and apply the most effective methodologies for ad-hoc research initiativesEngage with users across multiple regions and integrate internal feedback for holistic research insightsDevelop research deliverables including personas, journey maps, and detailed findings reportsDesign and optimize research protocols that produce clear, actionable insightsParticipate in agile ceremonies and provide research input to guide decisionsPresent findings persuasively to varied internal audiencesRequirements:

Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in HCI, Design, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in User Research, preferably in agile, B2B environmentsExperience with international user studies and multicultural contextsAdditional certifications in User Research are a plusTechnical & Professional SkillsProven expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodsSkilled in remote collaboration and working within global teamsFamiliarity with cloud-based platforms and digital toolsSoft SkillsQuick learner with strong analytical thinkingExcellent verbal and written communicationDetail-oriented and able to translate complex findings into actionable insightsFluent in EnglishWhat We Offer: 25 days paid annual leaveAdditional health insuranceAnnual performance bonusMonthly Re: benefit budget for perksBirthday benefit:
