In this dynamic role, you’ll ensure that our service and maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your ResponsibilitiesWork Preparation & Parts ManagementManage all parts required for service and maintenance tasks. Ensure all necessary parts are available before maintenance is scheduled. Monitor and optimize stock levels to prevent delays in preventive and corrective maintenance.
Collaborate with the planner to set priorities for maintenance activities. Material Purchasing & OrdersCommunicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and efficient stock management. Purchase materials and parts as needed. Process orders and incoming goods. Register parts and assets per installation to include them in service contracts. Warehouse ManagementOrganize and manage the warehouse, including tracking incoming and outgoing materials in Exact. Ensure timely availability of parts and materials by managing stock levels and identifying shortages. Prepare and ship packages. What You BringMBO-level education, preferably in a technical or logistics field.
Experience in inventory management and/or work preparation is a plus. Familiarity with ERP systems like Exact is an advantage. A structured, accurate, and independent working style.
