Role OverviewYou will be the first point of contact for our customer network. You will require exceptional customer service skills to ensure our customers are treated with the utmost respect. Key ResponsibilitiesServing and developing a distribution network in the assigned territoryIssuing quotations based on customer enquiriesCommercial support regarding pricing, revenue planning, and quotationsContract negotiations and closureWorking with the CRM ProcessCooperation with other internal departments to ensure excellent customer service to our external customersHelping to develop the aftermarket strategyReport generatingProcessing of documents for concluding commercial contracts.
