Responsibilities: To lead and manage end-to-end NPI processes within the plant Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and HQ to ensure seamless product and packaging introductionCreate and modify Bill of Materials (BOM) to support for assembly processMaintain and update data in SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP systemUnderstand and support of Server & Rack assembly processContribute to packaging design for racks and large-scale assembliesDrive or participate in continuous improvement initiatives Kaizen activitiesProvide on-the-ground support during production ramp-upParticipate in internal and external ISO audits Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably involving NPI or process engineeringStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionSolid project management and organizational skillsMeticulous attention to detail and a hands-on approach
