Job Overview “Purpose & Scope” : Oversee a specific segment of the production floor, ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.Job ResponsibilitiesDirect Role:Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring they meet production targets.Handling complete responsibility of given work to support the production team.Ensure adherence to production schedules and adjust workflow as necessary.Implement and enforce safety procedures and standards.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime.Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development for subordinates.Monitor production metrics and report on performance.Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve issues.Role Qualifications:2.1 Required Education:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.Required Experience:At least 5 years in a production environment, with supervisory experience.Technical Skills:Knowledge of production processes and machinery.Proficiency in production management software.Special Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills.Good problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Languages Required:English (Conversational)Competencies LeadershipDecision MakingProblem-SolvingProcess ImprovementMain KPI’sProduction EfficiencySafety ComplianceQuality StandardsEmployee Performance
