About The Opportunity & ResponsibilitiesAs we are rapidly growing our IT team as we scale into new geographies and lean on technology for improved business operations, we are in need of an additional IT QA Analyst. As a member of the IT team, the successful candidate will work closely with the users to ensure that the solution fully meets the needs of the client, and that all requirements are clearly understood, documented, and implemented through the initiation and development process. Key responsibilities include:

Developing Business Requirements/Solutions (40% time)Driving continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needsDefine objectives and scope of business systemWorking closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze and define current business processes as well as requirementsTranslating business requirements into detailed functional specificationsAnalyze complex business problems/requirements and determine an IT solution with managers and end-usersDevelop use cases, process flows, and user stories to guide development teamsExplore pricing and cost-benefit analysis of various business solutionsEnsuring requirements issues are tracked, reported and resolved in a timely mannerStay up to date with user requirements and new strategies across the organizationAnticipate needs for future iteration based on business expansion Project Implementation Support (40% time)Supporting the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on time and on-budgetAssist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverablesSupport change management and ensure smooth transition of new IT solutionsIdentify and resolve project issues; Engage with QA staff to ensure the solution meets the business requirementsCoordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of systemEffectively communicating plan, status, risks and issues to the stakeholder in a precise and timely mannerSupporting users' participation in deployments and implementation activities, Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and technologiesConduct post-project evaluationReport on the system's analysis rating as per business requirementsLead all User Acceptance TestingDocument system processes and best practices for future referenceOther Projects and Duties as Needed (20% time)Engage fully with IT colleagues on development of new ideas, sharing understanding of users across the companyProactively propose new systems for automation, efficiency Develop and test new solutions/ideas that create a competitive advantage for the company.
