About The Opportunity & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking both Temporary and Full-time Drivers to assist the Rwanda team. The Driver core responsibilities will be as follows:

Drive authorized Inkomoko staff to and from various destinations in and around the Inkomoko operating camps and any other assigned destinationsRun office errands as requiredSafely drive assigned office vehicle, following set rules and regulationsEnsure the compliance to the fleet management policyConducting basic maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and hygienePerform both preventative and regular maintenance on assigned vehicles and ensure that proper detailing is performedEnsure that the vehicle is always properly equipped with spare tire, tool kit, jacks, wheel spanner, tow rope, jump lead, belts, fire extinguisher, and first aid toolboxesRegularly keep vehicle maintenance records and fuel consumption recordsSchedule and update major car service appointments and report any issuesPerform any other duties as assigned by the immediate line supervisorRequirementsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for candidates who will navigate fast-paced and resource-constrained environments with commitment and patience.

The ideal candidate will fulfill the following requirements: Must possess a valid Rwandan driving licenseAble to stay calm under pressureMust be highly communicative and have discretionMust have undergone defensive driving skills trainingBeing a member of a Drivers' Association is a plusFlexible and able to deliver results under pressureOutgoing, and shows perseverance.
