Bachelor’s degree in Engineering departments5+ years of experience in banking including credit or core bankingDemonstrated experience in translating the business needs to technical requirements for Business, and IT teams as well as in implementing integration solutionsHands-on experience in Postman or SoapUIHands-on experience in SQL and PL/SQLUnderstanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and SDLC tools such as JiraUnderstanding of RESTful API development with JSONAbility to handle multiple projectsHold self-responsible for team and individual tasks assignedStrong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the team and collaborate with stakeholdersStrong executive communication skills, with the ability to communicate and present to the senior leadershipExperienced in Agile Development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.
