The Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE) and Applied Innovation Exchange (AIE) sit within this center and are where we bring clients, experts, and emerging technologies together to tackle complex challenges and co-create future-ready solutions. The team sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and design—leveraging global networks and capabilities to shape the future of public services, financial services, and beyond.What will you do?Actively contribute to the design and execution of AIE innovation sessions, bringing design thinking, emerging technology insights, and fresh perspectivesTranslate bold ideas into visual artefacts—including concept visuals, journey maps, wireframes, and lightweight prototypesConduct research on emerging technologies, digital trends, and startup ecosystemsAssist in the development of use cases, innovation narratives and opportunity areasParticipate in the curation and preparation of immersive innovation showcases and client experiencesSupport and contribute to ASE engagements, helping design and facilitate co-creation workshops that enable clients to align quickly and generate actionable outcomesWhat are we looking for?Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, pursuing a degree in a relevant fieldStrong communication and storytelling skills—able to craft compelling presentations and convey complex ideas simplyA team player who thrives in a highly collaborative environment and is eager to learn through hands-on client workA curious, proactive intern with a strong interest in innovation, user-centric design, and emerging technologiesAbility to showcase a passion for applying innovative solutions to real-world challengesFamiliar with design and/or prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Miro, Adobe CC, low-code/no-code platforms) and able to visualize ideas with clarity and creativityExperience or a keen interest in video editing and multimedia content creationLet's talk about what's in it for you!Passionate people are Capgemini's Ace of Spades - join us to discover a career that will challenge, support and inspire you.
