Job Purpose:Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies to maximize the utilization and monetization of assets through strategic partnerships and asset portfolio management, to maximize the value of the organization’s assets while minimizing risk and achieving both short-term gains and long-term sustainability.Job Responsibilities:Strategy Development and ImplementationLead the development and implementation of the functional strategy ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategy, vision, mission, and organization objectives.LeadershipDirect the achievement of functional objectives through effective leadership, setting individual objectives, managing performance, and developing and motivating the team to maximize performance.Act as a role model and drive adherence to organizational values and ethics for the assigned function to ensure the establishment of a performance-driven culture within the organization.Change ManagementLead the management of change through continuous improvement of functional systems, processes, and practices taking into account global standards and changes in the business environment.ReportingEnsure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately to meet organization requirements, policies, and quality standards.Related TasksPerform any other related tasks and duties as directed by the line manager and remain flexible and responsive to the evolving needs of the organization to support the overall success of the team.Job Specific AccountabilitiesAssets UtilizationLead the development of comprehensive strategic plans to maximize the utilization of existing assets, considering both short-term gains and long-term sustainability.Lead the exploration of opportunities to monetize the organization's current assets, implementing innovative approaches for revenue generation.Lead the conduction of detailed analyses to measure the financial and socio-economic impact of organization assets, providing insights for informed decision-making.Assets DevelopmentLead the utilization of market research and demand projections to propose, design, and oversee the development and expansion of science and technology assets.Lead the integration of innovative technologies into asset development projects, to ensure alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.Lead the design and implementation of virtual innovation assets, collaborating closely with the digital transformation sector to bring the organization's initiatives to fruition.Financial Viability EvaluationSupervise the development of sophisticated financial models to evaluate the financial viability of identified assets, considering factors such as investment costs, operational expenses, and potential returns.Supervise the implementation of optimization strategies to ensure the best return on investments for organization assets, making data-driven decisions to maximize financial outcomes.Strategic Tenant Relationship ManagementLead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy for tenant relationship management, to ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention.Supervise the assessment of tenant needs and proactively address challenges to foster an environment conducive to innovation and collaboration.Supervise the implementation of a feedback mechanism to collect tenant input, analyze data, and use insights to continuously improve tenant services.Community BuildingSupervise the establishment of a comprehensive networking and collaboration framework within the organization to foster a sense of community among tenants.Supervise the coordination of regular events, workshops, and forums to facilitate networking and knowledge exchange.Supervise the engagement with tenants to identify collaboration opportunities and facilitate joint projects.Strategic Event ManagementSupervise the planning, organizing, and managing of events in collaboration with the Communication and Strategic Partnership sector to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.Supervise the evaluation of the success of events based on predefined KPIs to make data-driven improvements for future initiatives.Supervise the leveraging of events to showcase the achievements of tenants, attract potential collaborators, and enhance the organization's reputation in the innovation ecosystem.Project and Portfolio ManagementSupervise the implementation of appropriate project management tools to oversee and guide projects through their lifecycle ensuring alignment with approved plans to meet target profit expectations.Supervise the monitoring of project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.Lead the evaluation and prioritization of investment opportunities based on strategic alignment and potential returns to align the portfolio with strategic objectives and optimize returns.Revenue Analysis and ForecastingSupervise the utilization of advanced financial modeling techniques to analyze revenue trends and identify key drivers to support the decision-making process.Supervise the creation of reports for senior management, offering insights into revenue performance and strategic recommendations to inform decision-making.Requirements:Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Investment Management, or any other related field.10+ years of relevant experience in Asset Management, Financial Analysis, Project Management, Venture Capitalism, Innovation Hubs, or any other related field. 5 years in a leadership role.
