Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.Your roleWe are seeking a strategic and technically skilled professional to join the Engineering team within the Sun Lens Business Unit. This role will be instrumental in driving the growth of our electrochromic (EC) technology, overseeing the development and implementation of production capabilities on a global scale. Reporting directly to the Engineering Director, the successful candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives and technological advancements.Main ResponsibilitiesTechnological mapping Definition of state of the art according to developments made, technological guidelines, customer requirements and in line with strategical business.Project Management Manage the entire lifecycle of expansion projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery, ensuring they align with cost, quality, and timeline targets. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with various internal and external teams to achieve expansion goals.Main RequirementsA bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, such as mechanical, material, chemical or a related technical field is required. At least 5-10 years of experience in R&D, New techs introduction, Technical roleExperience in project management and working within relevant industrial stakeholders is beneficial.
