You’ll coach teams and leaders through complexity and uncertainty, helping them validate problems, test assumptions, and scale what works across Product & Marketing Development.No relocation assistance is offered for this position.Core ResponsibilitiesHelp remove cross‑org impediments (process, tooling, decision rights) and facilitate decisive, evidence‑based choices with senior partners; act as an innovation lighthouse when needed.Coach and consult cross-functional teams and senior leadership through ambiguous problem spaces, from early discovery to pilot and launch—raising their capability to discover and deliver products consumers love.Design and run fit‑for‑purpose practices for research, ideation, prototyping, and validation of hypothesis‑driven experiments that integrate human‑centered design, Lean, and Agile principles.Continuously improve the system co‑create movements, interventions, and training that evolve ways of working and lead to measurable outcomes.Play your part in our team succeedingWith its 3,000 employees, the LEGO Group’s Product & Marketing Development (PMD) organization is on a meaningful journey to figure out how to develop products for the future. In the Innovation Ways-of-Working Team we work across departments, teams and competency areas to make the strategy come alive, enable better ways of working in PMD and remove impediments across the organization and value streams that may hinder innovation. We work with a variety of senior partners and teams to continuously improve and inspire new ways-of-working and leading that foster innovation.Do you have what it takes?Proven track record as a coach and/or senior leadership advisor enabling innovation in product development environments; reputation as a trusted, diplomatic partner who can make deliberate interventions when neededHands‑on experience combining agile, lean, and human‑centered design with systems thinking to craft working solutionsComfortable facilitating design sprints/workshops, building storyboards, facilitate decision-making around prototype and MVP development, and translating insights into actionable decisions for technical and non‑technical audiencesAbility to communicate the “why/what’s in it for me” with tailored messaging for different roles, building momentum and clarity for changeAbility to guide others and craft solutions yourself, moving fluidly between coaching, advising, and hands‑on problem solving.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
