Inside Sales Administrator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Research and collect info about TP-Link & Competitor SOHO Networking/ Camera products from online channels or current VIP customers.Participate in building Networking business strategy & plan with SOHO Sales ManagerAssist SOHO manager following VIP customer's target achievement progress, proceed with strategy & plan deploymentOnline looking, maintaining, and developing relationships with potential SOHO/ CCTV VIP customersRegular phone calls or online meetings with VIP customers to solve problems and discuss the development planReceive and process the information and questions based on the VIP customer's requirementSupport the distributor and/or customer in deploying SMB/ CCTV projectProviding products, Quotations, MKT material, and other necessary support to SOHO/ CCTV VIP customersFollow the promotion deal achievement progressAssist the SOHO manager in completing the sales target as the company requestedProvide yearly, quarterly, monthly & weekly reports as BOD requestedJOB REQUIREMENTS:Have experience as one offline or online inside sales inside Networking/ CCTV project channel.Good negotiation and presentation skillsGood English communication would be one bonus point option.Priority for candidates who have a relationship with an agent, distributor, MD channelHave a passion for Networking and CCTV productsWork hard, Have a strong execution ability, willing to learn product knowledgeBENEFITS:Salary range: Gross 13M-17MQuarterly and yearly bonus structure based on performanceOpportunity to earn recognition through our "Best Staff of the Quarter" award.PVI health insurance package and full social insuranceFree in-house entertainment facilities and snacks, coffee, and teaJoin in various team building, team dinners, birthdays, and Xmas events.Lovely gifts/bonuses from the company: Tet, public holidays, weddings, giving birth, women's day.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentBe part of a creative and collaborative teamWORKING TIME:8.45 am-5.45 pm from Monday to FridayHA NOI OFFICE:Diamond Flower Tower Building, 1 Hoang Dao Thuy, Thanh Xuan Ward, Hanoi City
