Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity Europe is the expert partner in the field of cybersecurity. We are looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to join our Cyber Physical (CyPhy) Group to work primarily on our international customer base.We work with various international customers with the aim to obtain new and interesting projects for our Cyber Physical (Industrial Security and Product Security) team. As our Inside Sales Consultant, you will be the primary technical resource for the sales team. You will be defining and understanding the scope of the requested work, and drafting convincing proposals for our customers. An active interaction with both the Account Managers, as well as the technical colleagues is expected in order to understand the scope and approach for the offered services.As our Inside Sales Consultant you will:Respond to the functional and technical elements of tender documents, such as RFIs and RFPs;Answer complex technical and competitive questions;Work closely with the technical team to understand the contents of the commercial requestDevelop relevant presales material, e.g. sales proposal templates, leaflets, business cases, value propositionsWork closely with the sales team to develop and continually improve working practices, best practices, presales processes, customer focused slide-decks, etc.;Write and deliver excellent presentations (business focused and technical focused);You will be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process and working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor. You must be able to identify all technical issues of our customers to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process, and you are responsible to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle with our customer's technical staff.As our Inside Sales Consultant you have:A completed bachelor or master’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Security or a similar field);Ideally relevant technical work experience in cybersecurity and/or security testing and/or certification of embedded products to could act as a technical advisor in the sales process;Ideally an inside sales professional with prior knowledge of the bidding process and experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce;Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;Fluency in another European language ideally French (or Spanish) is a big plus;A proactive personality with a commercial mindset ;A reliable sales professional who has an eye for detail when it comes to crafting proposals while being able to coordinate between sales and the technical teams.At Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity you will have:In terms of content, we offer you a very diverse portfolio of customers and customer projects.
