We are proudly certified by BRC, FDA, ISO, and several other international quality bodies.Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator – Manufacturing IndustryLocation: Tampico, Tamaulipas.Department: Sales & Commercial OperationsReports To: Sales Head / Country Business HeadJob Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to support our commercial operations team. The ideal candidate will act as the key link between customers, the sales team, and internal departments, ensuring smooth order processing, timely communication, and excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and sample requests.Coordinate sales orders, delivery schedules, and logistics follow-ups.Maintain updated records of pricing, customer data, and order status.Collaborate with production, finance, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order execution.Support the sales team with reporting, CRM updates, and after-sales service.Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand forecasting.Prepare and share periodic sales reports and performance metrics.Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or customer support (manufacturing preferred).Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office / ERP / CRM systems.Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Valid visa and passport required for potential international travel.
