We are an internationally renowned industrial company headquartered in Cressier near Neuchâtel. We develop, design, and manufacture centrifugal pumps and control valves that are used in demanding sectors such as industry, chemicals, and wastewater technology.To strengthen our sales department, Emile Egger & Cie SA is looking for an: Inside Sales Engineer Technology, customer contact, and responsibility—all in one jobIn this exciting role, you will be the central interface between our customers, the sales force, and the technical departments. You will maintain an overview from the initial customer contact to the final order processing – and actively contribute to finding the best solutions for demanding applications.Your responsibilities: Receive and review technical customer inquiries and propose initial solutionsSelect suitable pump solutions and design them technically—always keeping customer needs in mindPrepare well-thought-out, economically calculated quotations—precise and understandableCompile relevant quotation documents such as data sheets, drawings, and characteristic curvesCoordinate closely with the sales force – sometimes in direct customer meetingsTake responsibility for the entire order process, including internal coordination and queriesMaintain customer data in the CRM system and keep it up to dateThink ahead and help shape the future: actively contribute ideas for improving our sales processesYour profile:An engineering degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, process engineering) or studies with a technical backgroundExperience in technical sales or project business—career starters are also welcomeConfident use of CRM systems and MS Office (especially Excel and Word)Very good written and spoken GermanGood English skills, French skills an advantage Your personality: Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to workHigh level of commitment, initiative, and sense of responsibilityStrong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and assertivenessIf we have sparked your interest, we look forward to receiving your complete application (letter, CV, diploma, and work certificates) to rh@eggerpumps.comFor more information about our company, please visit: www.eggerpumps.com
