Job Description

Supports the Director of Sales in maintaining efficient operations within the department. Directs and coordinates inside sales activities to ensure quality service to customers. Duties:Actively develop managed sales resources through consistent coaching, clear expectations and structured feedback to grow revenue.Ensure Inside Sales Representatives satisfy productivity and performance expectations.Review seller performance activities and results to identify program enhancement opportunities and initiatives to scale.Support inside sales escalations as appropriate.Develop coaching cadence through regularly scheduled team and 1-on-1 meetings to review performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and career development progression.Ensure team is current with company offerings, value advantage, and competitive landscape.Regularly review and analyze sales dashboards and customer reports.Conduct regular performance reviews and create improvement plans when necessary.Approve Inside Sales Representatives B.A.N.T. requests when appropriate.Hire and train ideal candidates based on the talent evaluation process.Requires up to 20% of overnight travelRole is 100% remote with travelPreferred candidates are in CST or ESTOther duties as assigned. Education and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
