Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing internally generated sales leads, following up on quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate will also assist with internal sales projects and provide backup support for phone and scheduling duties as needed.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary $75,000/yr. - Uncapped commissions - Top performers can easily make 6 figures.Quarterly Profit Sharing bonuses based on company success & your contributions18 Days PTO9 Paid U.S. Holidays per yearRetirement Savings - Simple IRA w/ company match up to 3%Self-funded Aflac insurance for vision, dental, etcMedical insurance - several options to choose from w/ 50% employer contribution for individual and familyOngoing training & development - certification support available for job-related skillsPrimary ResponsibilitiesQuote and sell internally generated sales leads assigned by the sales team.Assist the sales team by following up on older sales quotes to drive conversions.Conduct call verifications for scheduled service tickets, confirming details and identifying upselling opportunities.Perform follow-up calls on completed service tickets to ensure client satisfaction and promote additional services.Internal sales projects, such as software and firmware renewals and other related projects.Process "Won" quotes internally, including generating purchase orders (POs) for submission to Purchasing, updating ticket statuses, and coordinating with Dispatch for scheduling.Secondary ResponsibilitiesServe as a backup for answering phone calls when needed.Assist with scheduling duties during lunch breaks and vacations.Qualifications & Skills3+ years of sales or customer service experience including cold calling activities is required.Strong communication and customer service skills.Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and act on upselling opportunities.Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.Experience with CRM (HubSpot) and ticketing systems is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
